  1. Listing all account aliases

    Currently it's not possible in the webadmin to see an overview of all created account aliases. The only way to find out which aliases are created is by scripting, or by opening every user account one by one and check the alises tab.
    I ran into this when I created a new account and got the error that the account already existed, which was not the case. However, it turned out to be an alias assigned to an existing user account. The only way to find out which user account, was one of the above methods, which both are not…

  2. Calender - Make the resize line bigger

    When you click-n-drag calendar entries and accidentally make them them too big or want to change a time of another calendar event, you will have to pixel-hunt order to resize the event to change it's time. Please make this a bit bigger.

  3. 2 Server Axigen in a domain

    Scenario :
    1.We have local server which is hardware and cloud server.
    2.We will use the local server to access in our office which is same network and local email for reason of Speed,Sending email backup security and bandwidth efficiency,
    3.The purpose of Cloud server is for outside office access at the same time to cache the load of cloud server real time.
    4.Cloud server for Outside office and Local server for office access syncing realtime.
    5.Our Plan is to Separate the access,sending and incoming emails to limit the bandwidth issue and have backup if the local server is down.…

    Mail admin should able to see the date/time when the password of particular user has been changed.

  7. possible for ms exchange setup in outlook (ews)

    It should be possible to make an MS exchange account (multiple) within the outlook enviroment.

  8. Share agenda's between users of different domains

    It is for me a must to be able to select users from different domains to share the agenda's. now i have to put the domain as a alias underneeth the other domain. should not be nescessary. then i have the email adress as a problem.

  9. Ability to search by informarion in Contact Info

    It is a very common feature in most of the software that admin account can search among accounts with their information.

    It will be good that the admin account of Axigen also can search among users with the information that is available in Contact Info.

    For example, I want to know this Mobile phone "+989123456789" belongs to which account? or birthday of which accounts equals to 1985 sep 19?

  11. More account variety like reselleraccounts

    More permission variety for admins or other accounts that the permission can set not only for any or specific domain but rather for the domains the user create itself. And permissions that admins or resellers can't see domains from other admins or resellers

    Auto zipping older entries helps save tremendous amounts of space and allows saving of a lot more older data.

  13. Allow to add a calendar to free/busy

    As categories are currently not possible, one solution would be to use several calendars. Unfortunately, only the main calendar is currently relevant for the free/busy-view. Therefore it would be great if one could add any calendar to one's free/busy-list.

  14. Mark for follow up

    A function 'mark for follow up' as in Outlook or (maybe even better) the possibility to create a calendar entry / task from a mail's context menu would be great. In the latter case the mail should automatically get attached.

  15. Add support for search folders

    It would be great if one could create search folders that filter mails based on predefined search criteria. Idealy this would also allow to filter for flags, categories (when implemented) and so on.

  16. Allow tabs / objects to be opened in a new window

    It would be great if it would be possible to open a Mail, Calendar entry, etc. in a new window so that e.g. you can reply to a mail and see the original one beneath your answer.

  19. Ability to see and monitor last logins by accounts

    Users must have the ability to see Last logins
    Also, they should have the ability to disconnect active connections from another device.
    For example, someone logged in from its computer in his office, then after he left there, he remembered that does not sign out from that computer and he needs to log out ASAP.

    for now, just admins can see last activities, but it will be good that accounts have this ability too.

  20. option to delete several emails in one go on mobile devices

    having the option to delete several emails in one go on mobile devices would be great; it works when using Axigen webmail on PC/ iMac, but not on iPhone or iPad infortunately. Adding this would really be an improvement, thanks.
