Allow quarantine as well as reject for Additional Antispam Methods
Currently for the additional anti-spam methods (SPF checking, GeoIP checking, DNS blacklists, reverse DNS and MX record checking) the options are to deliver the e-mail or reject.
Add to these methods the ability to quarantine any e-mail failing the relevant checks (SPF checking, GeoIP checking, DNS blacklists, reverse DNS and MX record checking).

Moving in the right direction
Moving in the right direction
Needs to keep the files safe and away from intruders so a strong authentication is needed. Stay away from mapping or sharing drives from the users it will become a cumbersome application and harder to manage.1 vote -
Limiting
I would like to see some limitations on the sharing URL. If I've missed something in preview then just skip this part.
- Authentication a/ share with domain users -> ability to pickup who can download the file based on the user in domain. User must provide credentials.
b/ ability to set the password/code for the download. So for the external user must provide code for the download to work
So the share can be just URL, URL+code or URL + domain user authentication
- limiting a/ possibility to set time of share. After this time the files is not shared anymore…

Automated IP block-list for wrong password attempts
Please focus on the core functionalities of your application, like improving the new html webmail or adding a automated ip blocklist for wrong password attempts.
[Changed from:
Guys, please focus on improving the email functionalityThis is a nice idea, but there are other open source tools available that do the job way better and easier.

Nice, but keep away from re-inventing the wheel
Nice idea.
First steps are done, but there is much more. In order to have a good solution, the next requests would be:
- You need a desktop client / sync client for all platforms
- After that a mobile client for all platforms
- After that you need encryption on client and server side
- You need a way to send a link to a file (by this external access for outside users) instead of attachment (like OneDrive does).
- Have Multi-Factor Authentication
What I want to say is that there are many well known solutions out there we shouldn't try to copy.

Nice, but can we control the port separately from webmail used to access the files?
Would like to know how ports for file sharing separately from webmail?
1 voteAdminGabriel (PM, Axigen) responded
Files (WebDAV) will be running over the webmail service, so it will have the same port. Same happens currently with CardDAV, which can be accessed at [webmail address](:webmail port)/Contacts.
What would be the need behind controlling the port? What would you want to achieve?

Desktop access
Good stuff, I would suggest that desktop access to files was enabled via an app similar to dropbox/googledrive because mapping drives via explorer is problematic and will cause slowdowns and show warnings at boot-up/login if explorer cannot remount the drive right away.

We’re currently looking at some WebDAV clients for Windows, OS X, Android & iOS. If you have any recommendations in this direction — vendors that we could even partner with, that would be greatly appreciated.

email drop to calende
like I can doi it in Outlook it would be fine droping mails to calender for reminding later
1 voteAdminGabriel (PM, Axigen) responded
Are you referring to dropping to calendar per se, or setting a date / time to be reminded about that email (like a follow-up flag)? Dropping to the calendar would actually create a calendar event out of it, right?

Adding categories to calendar
Hey guys,
it would be great if you add categories to calendar (like outlook), with the possibility to set individual colors to each category.
Yes, you can use categories through outlook. But our customers would need this function integrated in the webmail interface. Thanks a lot if you can make this happen.
Greetings Alex3 votesAdminGabriel (PM, Axigen) responded
At this point, there is a (maybe less visible) feature in the webmail: to choose custom colors for each of your calendars — you can do this if you go to the calendar section and click the icon of a calendar folder.
Regarding the categories / labels, we don’t have any plans to add this in the near future (next 6 months). I will however leave this request open
- maybe we get more supporters :) -
Web Client vs. Stand Alone Client
Such a nice interface, cool web mail new features, but it is also better on this beta version of Axigen if there is a single or stand alone mail client be available and installable to a single computer just like Mozilla Thunderbird, Microsoft Outlook, eMClient, etc. for it is better and fast to access, webmail is good only when outside the company premises in times that mail client is inaccessible. Having your own mail client software associated with Axigen server is a bit more okay than relying on 3rd party mail client. Hope this feature will be available soon. Keep…

Fix greylisting
I really like the new look and feel of the iX version. Great work.
One thing that I still miss is properly working greylisting. It now uses a the IP of the sender. In practice this leads to a lot of e-mails not coming trhough as large providers have multiple mail-servers with more addresses. So this should be more configurable.39 votes -

Fix menu
If you have opened many sections of the settings menu and you click on one that is at the botton, you are sent at the top of the menu and can no longer access the botton options easily... you have to scroll down each time you need to access this options again (the botton options)... this is annoying!

I don’t really understand the issue from your description. Could you maybe attach a screenshot?
