  1. password blacklist

    Is it possible to add an option for admins to defining some weak passwords? So users couldn't use this passwords.
    In other words, I'm looking for a way to prohibit users to use some weak passwords such as p@$$w0rd and etc. because of that this kind of passwords could be found in any password dictionaries.
    Current Axigen password policy, couldn't meet our need.

  2. Add missing CLIAPI features

    There are a number of CLIAPI features missing currently.

    For example :

    Setting Filtered Email folder size quota and Filtered Email folder count quota in domain defaults.

    ActiveSync and Outlook Connector last login (Only WebMail, IMAP and POP3 are currently possible)

  4. Synchronise the domain contacts for every user so they can have an addressbook using Carddav.

    By default there is a Domain Contacts folder which appears to be updating with the server's contacts but even if you share it with a user there is no way to get the contacts into Outlook because with Carddav it only syncs the My Contacts folder for every user and not the Domain Contacts folder. This request is to have Domain Contacts imported into My Contacts for every user so they can use Carddav to have a synchronised address book.

  5. Add Briefcase/Document/Webdisk Storage to Webmail

    Having a document storage area in Webmail is a crucial missing piece that other competitor products have already.

    • It allows people to drag files from their desktop and take with them (such as a Powerpoint presentation) when they are going to a meeting, or going away and want to take a file with you to work on.
    • You should be able to share these documents with colleagues, so you can truly collaborate on a file together, checking in and checking out documents and creating new versions. Permissions should be per file, or through a folder level within the "webdisk"

    I would like to know if we can set security options in the HTTP Response Headers for Axigen WebMail ?

    The security headers I would like to put in place are the following.

    Strict-Transport-Security HTTP Strict Transport Security is an excellent feature to support on your site and strengthens your implementation of TLS by getting the User Agent to enforce the use of HTTPS. Recommended value "strict-transport-security: max-age=31536000; includeSubDomains".

  7. Signatures for "mobile" webmail

    Functionality like gmail - user have configured e-mail signature in "desktop" version of webmail and if he use Axigen webmail on mobile device, "mobile" version is showed, where no signature is available. Gmail is adding default signature from "desktop" webmail when user is using mobile version of their webmail.

    note: Our users have duties designated by law to use specified clause in every text-based communication with their clients. They must copy-paste this text on mobile devices.

  10. Very heavy problems with new Browsers

    Hello,

    The last few weeks I found strange problems with the latest versions of Goggle Chrome Canary and Chromium in the latest version.
    When you try to login to the Axigen WebMail, you'll find that the site is looping. I hope you can reproduce this.

  11. Move deleted messages from a shared folder to the shared folder's account trash

    It's mainly a bug, not a feature suggestion. When you're working on WebMail and you have subscribed to a user's shared folders, the moment you delete a message it goes to your user account's trash, making it disappear from the original user. This is frustrating specially when you share a big mailbox, just like "INFO" to a certain number of users, and someone delete something, it's impossible to track the message when you want to recover it from an other account within the sharing permission group. Please fix this problem, because it makes the sharing feature useless for the levels…

  12. Introduce a DNSBL option to change the anti-spam score, beside the current default REJECT

    The option to add points based on DNSBLs check result.

    For example: A incoming email needs to have 10 points to be marked as
    spam.

    Each DNSBL gets like 1,2 or 3 points. If an IP address is found on a
    DNSBL, the points are added to the email. When it reaches 10, it's spam
    and gets in a quarantine.

    If an incoming message has less than 5 points, it's clean and send to the
    inbox of the user.

  14. Give user ability to choose default alias for creating/sending new emails.

    It would be nice to give the user in the webmail the ability to set a default alias for sending out emails.

    For example. When someone uses Axigen for collecting business and private email but mostly sends business emails. Then it would be useful if one could choose a default alias for sending.

    In addition to this could be a popup dialog which lets users ,who have multiple aliases, choose which alias to send from...

  15. WebAdmin Notes

    It would be nice if each of the configuration pages of WebAdmin had a textbox for adding freeform notes and comments about the settings on that page. Perhaps this could be a simple editable textbox located in the Context Help area. This would be very useful for capturing info such as where external documentation is found, or reasons why a particular setting was made/chosen (or not). Good for taking notes to self and for other admins, and/or future admins.

  16. Generate emailed certificate renewal notifications for virtual domains

    I may not be doing this right, or not groking things properly, so if that is the case please advise. I am hosting a number of virtual domains on my Axigen servers and I want to use SSL/TLS connections between my users and their virtual domain server. The trouble I am having comes about because Axigen requires me to use a single certificate issued in the name of my primary domain, for all the SSL connections to all my virtual domains. That causes a warning notification on my users client applications about the usage of a potentially invalid certificate.

  17. Ability to enable Display Text for menu or sidebar for a user or domain by admin

    Text labels for side bar and menus is not enabled by default. Some Icons like Archive, Task and Spam seems confusing for lower skilled users without text labels. The ability for enable this feature by admin by default or for a domain or even a specific user could be very helpful.

  18. Mail explorer for Admins

    There should be mail explorer for server admins, which allows explore mail accounts and check mails if clients reports issues. There also should be an option to save email as .eml file from mail explorer.

  19. Improve filters

    Many mails present a "from" identity, different from the email address but filters fail to check this identity, working on email address only. Furthermore, it's impossible to filter attached files types like .docm or .zip. This possibility must exists. Same for <null message> (empty body ones). In fact, filters should be written with any part/ any string of the "source".
