Mail Quota Exceeded
Is there a way the system when mailbox quota has exceeded, the system will identify who was that so that we can advise the owner or remove them from the list....In case we sent email with 20 people in the cc list, we need to sort this 20 people one by one to identify and remove her/him from the cc list for the email to be sent...
My suggestion for the system to allow the mail to be distributed to the individuals and send delivery failure to the sender for the email add that exceeded its quota, is this possible?

Message Recalling or Undoing..
It was great to hear Axigen is evolving and now on it's X2 version.
As part of our company's Technical Support, may we suggest that
recalling a message be embedded in Axigen as well, just like MS Exchange
and Gmail's Undo feature.With this feature, we could eliminate sending messages asking the recipient
to ignore the messages that we erroneously sent eventually.Thanks. More Power to Axigen !!!

We will implement an email undo option in the WebMail and mailbox API.
Recalling already sent email is an unreliable mechanism so we will not add this.

Improve Webmail Performance and Interface
Webmail is very slow and search is extremely ordinary. This needs to be addressed in very near future as we are losing clients over this.Whenever a user's quota exceeds 10 GB webmail gets slow and search shows inconsistent behavior.

Integrated DLP features
Please add Data Leak Prevention features, can’t forward the specific email (TAG AS CONFIDENCIAL),can't send email with specific subject, body of the email or attachment with a filename, notification to admin who abused the policy, real time report who access the email server or webmail, report most sender, report email receive/ sent for specific sender and etc. This features help us to comply to any DATA PRIVACY ACT, which some email providers does have.

Add local and remote log simultaneously
Hi,
Due to the GDPR regulation's entry into force on 25 May. At the moment, AXIGEN only allows a certain location for the log.
To be able to demonstrate that the log has not been modified, it must be saved in another location where the administrator can not access it.There should be the possibility to save both locally and syslog at the same time

Make improvements to Out of Office support (time and HTML)
Would be good to be able to setup Out of Office to a more specific schedule (i.e. date AND time) and also allow HTML formatted replies.

Description field for groups
Did you ever try to find out what a specific group address was used for 3-4 years after it was created, especially after the person that created it has logn since left the company? I did and trust me, it's a pain. What would really help is to have a description field in the group configuration menu in webadmin that can cold let's say a short description of the group's purpose. Currently I'm using disabled respond filters to do this, but it's a little counter-intuitive.

Push button upgrades
Can you please add "push button" upgrades like every other software program is using? From operating systems, to applications, every vendor has implemented a simple update/upgrade feature that, when selected, upgrades the software. Axigen is the only one I know of that still requires the downloading of a file, logging into the CLI, and running a script to upgrade.
Some of the programs we use even notify us that there's an upgrade/update available so we don't have to manually check.
Please make upgrades simple.

Improve match condition constructs in rules/filters
The web interface to build message acceptance / routing rules needs definitely a better attention.
For example, it's often impossible to insert multiple values in match criteria (in order to match multiple domains, or IP ranges), thus forcing to create multiple rules when several conditions needs to be evaluated with the AND operator.
Other missing features: to check the existence and not only the content of a specific message header, and to add "stop processing" action to message filters.1 vote -
Password Policy
I assume password policy may change a bit . I would like if I set password policy for a domain even it's administrator not to be able to set a simple one for the users. Like here is done http://xyphersoftware.com/

Public Folders accessibility for EAS clients
Public Folders are not seen in iOS when configured as Exchange ActiveSync client, obviously because they are not seen as account folders. In order to circumvent this limitation, other mail servers allows to "mount" subscribed folders from other accounts to own account folders.
It would be nice for Axigen to enable access to Public Folders for EAS clients too, since most enterprise users (which are the ones more likely to use Public Folders) have EAS configured on their mobile devices.

Ability to add rich-text in Auto-responder
For now, in Axigen X could be adding only plain text in auto-responder field, it would be good to have the ability to add rich-text to auto-responder.

Axigen backup using VSS technology
I hope Axigen evolution support the software backup using VSS technology. We are so eager to integrate our backup software using SPX server edition running of Microsoft Windows Server 2016. Our aim is to have a 5-10 minutes RTO/ RPO and Test recovery objective and can replicate all images to co-location.
I hope this concept will add in Axigen road map.
