  1. Require STARTSSL on receiving server if sensitivity is set

    Firstly, allow the setting of a sensitivity field when sending e-mail. This is currently possible using the Outlook client, but not in webmail.

    Secondly, allow axigen to be configured (possibly via an advanced routing rule), that for certina sensitivity settings (e.g. private and confidential) configurably by the user, the receiving server must be using SSL (via STARTTLS) - if the receiving server does not support STARTTLS or rejects the attempt to connect via STARTTLS, send a bounce message to the sender.

  2. Ability to extract address list of all members of groups from all Groups at once

    To be able to retrieve a list of addresses associated to each of the groups, currently this can only be done to an individual group.

  3. Date of password changed by user/admin.

    Mail admin should able to see the date/time when the password of particular user has been changed.

  4. Mix mode between domains using LDAP and non LDAP

    Currently it is only possible to use LDAP for all domains or for none of them. It would be helpful to have a mixed mode.

  5. Wildcard SSL certificates

    Hi,

    We use autodiscovery and autoconfig for all domains we create.
    Could you please implement Wildcard SSL certificates in your implementation of lets encrypt?
    It would also be good to have multiple domain SSL

  6. Throttling outgoing mail

    Throttling outgoing mail really helps with big ISP like google or (here in Germany) United Internet or T-Online. Right now we have to use a Postfix server as smarthost to establish this.

    It would be nice if you would let us put the admin system on a custom URL that way both interfaces could work on the same port.

    https://mail.something.com -> Port 80/443 on same server

    Instead of an active search, use an index for searching.

    https://lucene.apache.org/core/ is a good base

    basically, each user would have an index. At an interval set, the engine would scan emails and create a meta source for retrieval. from there search results would be displayed via a "Hit Score".

    The admin side should have the ability to set the indexing frequency and/or times indexing should happen. Also the ability to have a quota, and separate storage for the index(s).   11. Contact folder selection in Axigen X

    There was a contact folder selection in Webmail to select the recipients.
    We use different folder for different customer group. It was removed on Axigen iX Webmail.

    Is it possible to add it back in future update as we cannot select the recipients by filtering contact folders.

  19. add caution banner into the message body to all incoming emails received from other domains

    Hello,

    We have observed that few organizations are adding caution banner into the message body to all incoming emails (other than their own domain).

    This helps to notify users to avert clicking on attachments for unknown or suspicious domains. This can acts as good preventive tools for ransomware which cautions users to double check prior to clicking.

    This will help to enhance the security.

  20. Read only, snapshot like FUSE mount

    hello, I'd like to able to mount the FUSE based Axigen virtual filesystem in a readonly manner - like a very limited "snapshot". Right now the backup softwares like BareOS, BackupPC or Bacula complain about files changed between mount and end of backup session. I'd like to see something implemented like ESFS fuse implementation. You can find it here: https://github.com/csirmaz/ESFS ​. Of course it must not be the same but a similar method is preferable because of file based backup solutions. And it sohuld be an option not the default behaviour.
