Rethink Permission Management
Managing permissions is very difficult and frustrating. It's almost as if you've designed the system for users that don't manage email for lots of domains. As an example, one of my clients owns several domains and I would like to give them access to manage their users, groups, and mailing lists. That is made up of 10+ permissions that I would have to give across 2-3 domains. Now multiply that problem by 100+ domains each with different administrators.
PLEASE, PLEASE make this easier for me. I honestly want to go crazy each time I need to add a new domain…

password blacklist
Is it possible to add an option for admins to defining some weak passwords? So users couldn't use this passwords.
In other words, I'm looking for a way to prohibit users to use some weak passwords such as p@$$w0rd and etc. because of that this kind of passwords could be found in any password dictionaries.
Current Axigen password policy, couldn't meet our need.14 votes -

Bring back 32bit Linux support -or- provide an ARM7+ build
Currently use Axigen 9 on an ARM based server which relies on binary translation to run 32bit x86 programs (yes it is possible) but I'm limited to 32bit only, and since you've dropped support for 32bit builds, I am now unable to upgrade and cannot use newer versions of Axigen.
I suggest either bringing back 32bit builds for linux, or provide ARM builds for servers running that increasingly popular, energy efficient arch? ARM7 is already mainstream and supported by all the main Linux Distros, heck even Shoutcast now has an ARM build.

Provide feedback for rejected anti-spam methods
Currently for the additional anti-spam methods (SPF checking, GeoIP checking, DNS blacklists, reverse DNS and MX record checking) the options are to deliver the e-mail or reject. It would be advantageous to have an additional option to either send an advisory email to the recipient advising that the incoming email was rejected or an easily viewable (daily) log of rejected emails. That way a genuine email which was rejected could be quickly identified. Putting the rejected email into a quaranteened folder would simply add to the burden of checking probably spam emails.

Browser Notifications
Safari has them https://developer.apple.com/notifications/safari-push-notifications/
Firefox Has them https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/notification
Chrome Has them https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2015/03/push-notifications-on-the-open-web?hl=en
No one cares about Internet Explorer.. at least support the other three.
Supporting Safari notifications would cover all Mac users as well.
When a new email comes, a notification should appear... when the notification is clicked it should open up the browser to that email.
settings should include:
Client: notifications on or off
Admin: allow notifications

Ability to enable Display Text for menu or sidebar for a user or domain by admin
Text labels for side bar and menus is not enabled by default. Some Icons like Archive, Task and Spam seems confusing for lower skilled users without text labels. The ability for enable this feature by admin by default or for a domain or even a specific user could be very helpful.

Email notifications for a domain reaching a percentage of assigned message storage
While I am aware that we can easily enough do this via scripts, having an option to configure such a notification directly from Webadmin would be a real time saver. It could be just like the one at the account level, only with an additional field to specify the target email address(es).

high contrast themes and preview
We need themes for handicapped people with more contrast. I mean black fonts and white background and visible frames / borderlines.
In preview I need to see at least 20 mails (one or two lines per mail)9 votes
