facility of Blocking messages going to specific domains containing attachments
We want to ensure that emails going to specific domain should not have any attachments. Such messages should be blocked or sent without attachments. This will ensure the security to our customers. A rule should be provided to carry out this.

Disable Filtered email folder in the user's mailbox
Some users are confused this is what for.
As an admin I would like to disable this service completly (which I can), but the Filtered Emails folder stays in user's mailbox.

WebAdmin - File System Access - mount object without scope (all domains at once)
Please allow mounting object without scope (all domains at once) like via CLI.

A facility of Vacation Reply or Out of office Reply should be configured for each and every message received
There should be a facility to enable Out of office reply for each and every message received in same day. At present it comes for only first message that is sent by sender

Ability to disable SMTP access via email client.
This is convenient for service providers - by default the ability to use smtp through an external email client is excluded, and to be able to send only through webmail. It can be included in the domain settings and required as a class.

I want manage message approve/eject mail recevied in Axigen. I check Axigen on WebAdmin but no see
I think create rules approve/eject mail recevied. I tried create rules but faild

Message appender for specific accounts
It would be great to be able create multiple message appenders for specific accounts and / or domains. I would like to be able to use an message appender in a certain language for one account and a message appender in a different language for the rest of accounts or vice-versa.

Webadmin, Configure group, sort order
In webadmin - configure group, members should be shown in alfabetical order for easy mangement when there are many members in the group.

attachment blocking
We want to skip certain incoming domains/email address from checking attachment blocking. We want Axigen to skip checking attachment rules for those specific domains/email addresses.

Global and per domain default WebMail uiSettings options
Hello,
please allow the below WebMail uiSettings options to be configured globally and per domain as default values for the account:
ContactNameFormat - dropdown menu First/Last
ToolbarText - checkbbox No/Yes
SidebarText - checkbbox No/Yes
MessageSize - checkbbox No/Yesand maybe other useful options (ideally all, which user can set)

New folders in Webmail

User suggestion regarding the "New Folder" option.

Allow the Envelope From to be changed
Please allow the Envelope From address to be changed in the GUI. Currently it can only be changed by modifying the smtpFilters.script file manually. For instance... set (mailFrom, "%MAILFROMLOCALPART%@realdomain.com");
Many companies use .local or other private domains internally and don't what that shown to the outside world. Allowing that to be changed in the GUI would make life a lot easier for many administrators.

limit user webmail access only from relative domain/virtualhost
I would that customer x couldn't authenticate using virtualhost of customer y (or primary domain).
In other words virtual host could only authenticate users of the same domain.
This can be also accomplished (for example) quite simply with implicit ( transparently for user) append of @customerdomain.tld to username...
This also avoids having to type in the domain name every time as well.
It would be great to have this feature in future releases as well.1 vote -
Edit contacts in Outlook Connector
Axigen Connector should allow to edit existing Contacts.

Option to adjust the SMTP-in EHLO response according the domain on that IP number.
Axigen answers on the SMTP-in connect with an EHLO message according the server name.
Have this configurable like the SMTP banner, so different IP numbers can get different external identification. This to have a better externally visible split of multi-domain Axigen handling.

Web Admin SSL For Multi Domain
Hi !
We are mail hosting provider, we use axigen, i created many domain for customer. They need access web mail, web admin with their domain and ssl. Now, Web admin axigen support virtual host and ssl but web admin not support. Please consider add this feature in future.

Search field under Administrator Rights - Administrator Groups/Users
In WebAdmin under "Administrator Rights", "Domain Admin Limits" have a search field
But "Administrator Groups" and "Administrator Users" does not have a search field.

store items sent as public folder in specific folder
public folder is a very powerful feature but today isn't possible read the email sent from colleagues. should be a enhancement give the possibility to store sent items to specific subfolder

Proxy for other web applications
Proxy for other web applications, such as crm. I would like any application to be proxied to an authorized user, so that the axigen mail server would be a single entry point. It should work on the principle of nginx proxying.
Applications I see that can be proxyed:
CRM;
ERP;
CHAT;
