  1. Automate compacting of message, domain, and object storages

    This is one of the pains of maintaining an Axigen server. If you don't do it often enough, the server will run out of disk space. Or when you have to restart the server, it will take hours to start.

    The compacting command is not interactive. After issuing the command, it does not ask for any more inputs. So it should be automated and run in the background on a configured schedule. Errors should be logged and the admin should be notified via email.

  3. webmail - grouping messages by subject

    It would be nice to have an options to sort emails by subject (like outlook does). In this way, I can have more control to my messages.

  4. find name from parts of name when writing an email

    When I write a new email and type the first letters of a name I get automatically matches. Please make this working too, when I write a middle part of a name.

    For Example:
    I have "Justin Johnny Myles" as contact.

    He will be found, writing a new email, when I type "ju" or "jo" or "my" BUT I'd like to find him too, when I type "tin" or "ohn"....

    Maybe it does not make sense for the moment but when I use German names with similar nameparts the feature makes sense.

  5. Support for OAuth

    Both Microsoft and Google are implementing OAuth as an authorisation mechanism not only for webmail but also IMAP etc.

    Are there plans for Axigen to implement OAuth support as an additional option?

  6. Webadmin: AV/AS supported applications

    There should be an option to remove all supported applications (especially KAV / KAS) which are not licensed or unwanted from the list.

  7. high contrast themes and preview

    We need themes for handicapped people with more contrast. I mean black fonts and white background and visible frames / borderlines.
    In preview I need to see at least 20 mails (one or two lines per mail)

  8. Dynamic signatures

    Ability to dynamically build signaures for users from within the WebAdmin. All users can then have the company standard signature without the ability to change.

  9. Better queue management

    When hacking occurs on a sending machine, we get a queue flooded with spam. Now queue items can only be deleted one by one. A delete queue button would make sense to delete all matching elements at once.

  10. Very heavy problems with new Browsers

    Hello,

    The last few weeks I found strange problems with the latest versions of Goggle Chrome Canary and Chromium in the latest version.
    When you try to login to the Axigen WebMail, you'll find that the site is looping. I hope you can reproduce this.

  11. Synchronise the domain contacts for every user so they can have an addressbook using Carddav.

    By default there is a Domain Contacts folder which appears to be updating with the server's contacts but even if you share it with a user there is no way to get the contacts into Outlook because with Carddav it only syncs the My Contacts folder for every user and not the Domain Contacts folder. This request is to have Domain Contacts imported into My Contacts for every user so they can use Carddav to have a synchronised address book.

    Scenario :
    1.We have local server which is hardware and cloud server.
    2.We will use the local server to access in our office which is same network and local email for reason of Speed,Sending email backup security and bandwidth efficiency,
    3.The purpose of Cloud server is for outside office access at the same time to cache the load of cloud server real time.
    4.Cloud server for Outside office and Local server for office access syncing realtime.
    5.Our Plan is to Separate the access,sending and incoming emails to limit the bandwidth issue and have backup if the local server is down.…

    Support SAN certificates (Subject Alternative Name) for IMAPs and SMTPs to allow users to configure their clients using their own domainname, e.g.:
    - client A: mail.a-domain.com for SMTPs and IMAPs
    - client B: mail.b-domain.com for SMTPs and IMAPs
    Currently, virtual TLS domains are only supported for WebMail, not for IMAPs and SMTPs

  15. Ability to see hardware information in Dashboard

    In many cases, I have clients in far cities.
    For more information, I need to know what type of hardware they are using and how much resources (such as RAM, CPU, HDD capacity..) they dedicated to the email server.

    It will be good if this information show in Webadmin

  16. Mix mode between domains using LDAP and non LDAP

    Currently it is only possible to use LDAP for all domains or for none of them. It would be helpful to have a mixed mode.

  17. Date of password changed by user/admin.

    Mail admin should able to see the date/time when the password of particular user has been changed.

  18. Improve support for lager mailboxes

    Large mailboxes (>20GB) cannot be handled properly within AXIGEN. Webmail is having real issues handling such big mailboxes, especially when there is no folder structure. Searching is nearly not possible.

  19. Ability to extract address list of all members of groups from all Groups at once

    To be able to retrieve a list of addresses associated to each of the groups, currently this can only be done to an individual group.

  20. Bulk update/modification feature on webadmin

    our customers asked from us to implement a bulk update/modify/delete/insert feature, to be able to change an attribute for more accounts ot domains in same time.

    Could you give me some examples of attributes that your customers would like to bulk change? Can’t this be done using account classes?
