To have a specific font or size to the message appender or that feature should allow html, and not only plain text.

yes, a variable system for individual appenders will be helpful

Also a variable system would be usefull, for example %name% to insert the first name of the user, and in general, the user information set up in "Manage Accounts" -> "Contact Information"
