  1. Signature standards for all users

    We want to implement some standards in users signatures.
    Is Axigen have tools to create schema signatures in Admin panel for all users?.
    In signatures we want to have user photo, First and Last name, phone numbers his position and company info.
    We want to get all the signatures generated automatically without user integration.

    Will be a nice to open this suggestion as feature request.

  4. Use Outlook contacts in Webmail

    I would like to import german CSV files from Outlook (contacts) to Webmail.
    At the moment, the import operation can only succeed if the header names are written in English.

    Like the case with Exchange server and for the sake performing advanced troubleshooting, please consider availing the ability to trace specific emails (per user, subject, message ID, sender address, recipient address).

  6. Display authenticated user in message queue (Webadmin)

    Is there a way to make this information (about the authenticated user who sent the email) available from the message queue (in further versions)? This would be a fast way to identify affected accounts which are used by spammers to send spam emails.

  7. Dynamic signatures

    Ability to dynamically build signaures for users from within the WebAdmin. All users can then have the company standard signature without the ability to change.

  8. Prevent admins from shooting themselves in the foot

    The admin interface for managing domain storage should check when the updated values for "max files" and "max file size" would cause problems.

    As mentioned by Axigen Support:

    If the value of the 'Max file size' parameter is set lower, then the larger containers will be used but they will behave as if they were completely full, meaning that no modification can be performed on the messages in those containers.

    If the value of the 'Max files' parameter is set lower than the actual number of containers, then the containers exceeding the configured value will not be used at

  9. Contact folder selection in Axigen X

    There was a contact folder selection in Webmail to select the recipients.
    We use different folder for different customer group. It was removed on Axigen iX Webmail.

    Is it possible to add it back in future update as we cannot select the recipients by filtering contact folders.

    There should be some signature options like where it shoul be attached.
    Like - below/above the reply, include signature for replies, include signature for forwards, below/above quote (for forwards)

  12. Remote accounts via webadmin

    Hello,
    I got axigen server in our company.
    There is a strong need to set up the remote accounts for users axigen webmail client but from webadmin interface. There should be an option, to add new remote account for user by administrator. The same as we can get from webmail client (with account, hostname, ports, password, etc.)

  13. number of signatures in domain

    Hello,
    unfortunately there is only 4 signatures per user. Some of my users, needs to set up more the 4 singatures. They got some forms of messages for sending to theis customers. So, the best option would be possibility to set in webadmin per domain the number of signatures.

    Or, another option, the mail templates, that could be predefined by user and in creating new message, user could use that template to send out the mails.

    Please add an option to add a link to an image which is located at an email signature by using a button (axigen Webmail). End users will be able to easily add links to e.g. banners without using the "source edit".

  15. Add support for KLMS

    It is wery imortant to separate services on multiple servers for large installations. It will be great if axigen could add support fro Kaspersky Security for Linux Mail Server (KLMS).

  17. Axigen X permission for branding to delegated domain admin

    There have new feature for the Axigen X for the branding.

    But it cannot restrict delegated domain admin to customize the webmail (branding) if we provide the "Manage domain config" admin right to customer. It should be a separate permission option for the new feature.

  18. Add "stop processing" action to message filters.

    There is one weakness in the way axigen filters are defined. There is no way to define a rule that if true, the action is to stop processing (i.e. skip any following rules). For example, say I am processing my inbox and I have a rule that if true, I want to bypass all of the following rules. Right now, I have set the action to "Move to Inbox", but really the message is already in the inbox. Essentially I need an action that does nothing.

  19. Bring back 32bit Linux support -or- provide an ARM7+ build

    Currently use Axigen 9 on an ARM based server which relies on binary translation to run 32bit x86 programs (yes it is possible) but I'm limited to 32bit only, and since you've dropped support for 32bit builds, I am now unable to upgrade and cannot use newer versions of Axigen.

    I suggest either bringing back 32bit builds for linux, or provide ARM builds for servers running that increasingly popular, energy efficient arch? ARM7 is already mainstream and supported by all the main Linux Distros, heck even Shoutcast now has an ARM build.

  20. Enhanced purge options (All folders, all folders except)

    For automatic purge (via CLI) I have to know all folder names explicitly. Of course I have no idea how a client structured his folders.

    So an option for:
    - Purge all folders
    - Purge all folders except

    would be great.
