Scenario :
1.We have local server which is hardware and cloud server.
2.We will use the local server to access in our office which is same network and local email for reason of Speed,Sending email backup security and bandwidth efficiency,
3.The purpose of Cloud server is for outside office access at the same time to cache the load of cloud server real time.
4.Cloud server for Outside office and Local server for office access syncing realtime.
5.Our Plan is to Separate the access,sending and incoming emails to limit the bandwidth issue and have backup if the local server is down.
and if the cloud server is down we have local server to send email
