Cluster like Exchange DAG
You could implement Cluster like Exchange DAG does. In this way no more shared LUN is necessary and it even easy to cluster Axigen Server across multiple ESXi or Hyper-V.
This can bring a very nice feature to Axigen that no other Email product has (apart Exchange).

Browser Notifications
Safari has them https://developer.apple.com/notifications/safari-push-notifications/
Firefox Has them https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/notification
Chrome Has them https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2015/03/push-notifications-on-the-open-web?hl=en
No one cares about Internet Explorer.. at least support the other three.
Supporting Safari notifications would cover all Mac users as well.
When a new email comes, a notification should appear... when the notification is clicked it should open up the browser to that email.
settings should include:
Client: notifications on or off
Admin: allow notifications

Rethink Permission Management
Managing permissions is very difficult and frustrating. It's almost as if you've designed the system for users that don't manage email for lots of domains. As an example, one of my clients owns several domains and I would like to give them access to manage their users, groups, and mailing lists. That is made up of 10+ permissions that I would have to give across 2-3 domains. Now multiply that problem by 100+ domains each with different administrators.
PLEASE, PLEASE make this easier for me. I honestly want to go crazy each time I need to add a new domain…

Add the ability to block an account without removing it
if you do not use LDAP-sync in axigen you can't block account. It is useful when it is planned for a long time that the user will not use your account

Execute rules on catch-all accounts
Currently filers and rules are not executed when using catch-all accounts. This feature is really important because especially when using catch-all additional filters would be really helpful to organize these mails.

I understand the request, but before we schedule this, I would like to better understand the actual use case.
@All: Could you please detail your catch all usage, with a practical example, and as well as give some examples as to what kind of rules you would create (e.g. 1. conditions, 2. actions)?
Thank you,

Provide Meaningful storage charts
Currently the storage charts only show how much space is used out of the allocated storage. In most cases the charts show an usage of 99% - which is good. But admins think that their storage is running out of space. So the current charts are rather useless. They just indicate if I should issue the compact storage or not. Really helpful would be a graph indicating that I really have to add an additional storage container, soon.

Warning about Out-Of-Office-Responder should consider timeframe
AXIGEN shows up a hint when Out-Of-Office-Responder is set. But it obviously only checks if it active in general.
From my point of view AXIGEN should also consider the timeframe set. Currently the warning comes up even the agent is outdated for ages.

Web Client vs. Stand Alone Client
Such a nice interface, cool web mail new features, but it is also better on this beta version of Axigen if there is a single or stand alone mail client be available and installable to a single computer just like Mozilla Thunderbird, Microsoft Outlook, eMClient, etc. for it is better and fast to access, webmail is good only when outside the company premises in times that mail client is inaccessible. Having your own mail client software associated with Axigen server is a bit more okay than relying on 3rd party mail client. Hope this feature will be available soon. Keep…

Fix greylisting
I really like the new look and feel of the iX version. Great work.
One thing that I still miss is properly working greylisting. It now uses a the IP of the sender. In practice this leads to a lot of e-mails not coming trhough as large providers have multiple mail-servers with more addresses. So this should be more configurable.39 votes -
Improve support for lager mailboxes
Large mailboxes (>20GB) cannot be handled properly within AXIGEN. Webmail is having real issues handling such big mailboxes, especially when there is no folder structure. Searching is nearly not possible.

Clustering support with auto-failover
Currently in a clustered environment we have to following situation:
If a backend-node goes down, all mailboxes mounted there are not reachable anymore.
If I use a shared storage where mailboxes are located physically it would be technically possible
the remaining nodes do not mount that existing mailboxes mount mailboxes which were located on the failing node.7 votes -
Hide Received header from authenticated messages
Please consider to implement an option that will allow Axigen to hide (like not include) 'Received' header from the sent messages which are received through authenticated connections (for example through SMTP-IN or WEBMAIL services).

Allow quarantine as well as reject for Additional Antispam Methods
Currently for the additional anti-spam methods (SPF checking, GeoIP checking, DNS blacklists, reverse DNS and MX record checking) the options are to deliver the e-mail or reject.
Add to these methods the ability to quarantine any e-mail failing the relevant checks (SPF checking, GeoIP checking, DNS blacklists, reverse DNS and MX record checking).

More account variety like reselleraccounts
More permission variety for admins or other accounts that the permission can set not only for any or specific domain but rather for the domains the user create itself. And permissions that admins or resellers can't see domains from other admins or resellers

Allow to add a calendar to free/busy
As categories are currently not possible, one solution would be to use several calendars. Unfortunately, only the main calendar is currently relevant for the free/busy-view. Therefore it would be great if one could add any calendar to one's free/busy-list.

Mark for follow up
A function 'mark for follow up' as in Outlook or (maybe even better) the possibility to create a calendar entry / task from a mail's context menu would be great. In the latter case the mail should automatically get attached.
