Use Outlook contacts in Webmail
I would like to import german CSV files from Outlook (contacts) to Webmail.

Prevent admins from shooting themselves in the foot
The admin interface for managing domain storage should check when the updated values for "max files" and "max file size" would cause problems.
As mentioned by Axigen Support:

Display authenticated user in message queue (Webadmin)
Is there a way to make this information (about the authenticated user who sent the email) available from the message queue (in further versions)? This would be a fast way to identify affected accounts which are used by spammers to send spam emails.

Contact folder selection in Axigen X
There was a contact folder selection in Webmail to select the recipients.
We use different folder for different customer group. It was removed on Axigen iX Webmail.Is it possible to add it back in future update as we cannot select the recipients by filtering contact folders.

Add "stop processing" action to message filters.
There is one weakness in the way axigen filters are defined. There is no way to define a rule that if true, the action is to stop processing (i.e. skip any following rules). For example, say I am processing my inbox and I have a rule that if true, I want to bypass all of the following rules. Right now, I have set the action to "Move to Inbox", but really the message is already in the inbox. Essentially I need an action that does nothing.

Remote accounts via webadmin
Hello,
I got axigen server in our company.
There is a strong need to set up the remote accounts for users axigen webmail client but from webadmin interface. There should be an option, to add new remote account for user by administrator. The same as we can get from webmail client (with account, hostname, ports, password, etc.)4 votes -
Axigen X permission for branding to delegated domain admin
There have new feature for the Axigen X for the branding.
But it cannot restrict delegated domain admin to customize the webmail (branding) if we provide the "Manage domain config" admin right to customer. It should be a separate permission option for the new feature.

Link to an image
Please add an option to add a link to an image which is located at an email signature by using a button (axigen Webmail). End users will be able to easily add links to e.g. banners without using the "source edit".

number of signatures in domain
Hello,
unfortunately there is only 4 signatures per user. Some of my users, needs to set up more the 4 singatures. They got some forms of messages for sending to theis customers. So, the best option would be possibility to set in webadmin per domain the number of signatures.Or, another option, the mail templates, that could be predefined by user and in creating new message, user could use that template to send out the mails.

Add support for KLMS
It is wery imortant to separate services on multiple servers for large installations. It will be great if axigen could add support fro Kaspersky Security for Linux Mail Server (KLMS).

Better queue management
When hacking occurs on a sending machine, we get a queue flooded with spam. Now queue items can only be deleted one by one. A delete queue button would make sense to delete all matching elements at once.

Multiple STMP Banner per single IP
At the moment there is no way to support mutiple banner to one single IP and same port.
When you need to support multiple domains behind Axigen, this is a needed feature.

1) Please, can you add back option "Display body preview in subject for messages", like it was in 8.2.0, it looks clearly if it's disabled

high contrast themes and preview
We need themes for handicapped people with more contrast. I mean black fonts and white background and visible frames / borderlines.

UI colors - Darker theme
The new theme feature is very interesting. Currently in the preview for the next release we can see 3 different themes: Ocean, Breeze, Neutral.
All 3 look very similar. A fourth theme with a darker background would be interesting. All those themes are a bit too white.
There is also not much distinction between the different elements of the GUI. All in the same white, clear tone.

Use an index for searching
Instead of an active search, use an index for searching.
https://lucene.apache.org/core/ is a good base
basically, each user would have an index. At an interval set, the engine would scan emails and create a meta source for retrieval. from there search results would be displayed via a "Hit Score".
The admin side should have the ability to set the indexing frequency and/or times indexing should happen. Also the ability to have a quota, and separate storage for the index(s). Also having the ability to rebuild a particular person's index, multiple or all. In addition to rebuilding, re-indexing where any new…
