  3. Listing all account aliases

    Currently it's not possible in the webadmin to see an overview of all created account aliases. The only way to find out which aliases are created is by scripting, or by opening every user account one by one and check the alises tab.
    I ran into this when I created a new account and got the error that the account already existed, which was not the case. However, it turned out to be an alias assigned to an existing user account. The only way to find out which user account, was one of the above methods, which both are not…

  4. Automatically purge emails (Inbox & Sent ) that are older than XX numbers of days from WebAdmin

    Ability to set the number of days in WebAdmin such that emails older than this get deleted automatically. Currently you can only set it for Spam and Trash under Quotas. Nice if other folder such as Inbox & Sent can be included.

  6. SNI support on Outlook Connector

    Request you to make sure that outlook connector application does follow RFC rfc5246#section-7.4.1.2 and rfc6066#section-3 so we can validate the Server Name requested by Client.

    By having this we can set some more configuration on security point of view.

  7. Add Briefcase/Document/Webdisk Storage to Webmail

    Having a document storage area in Webmail is a crucial missing piece that other competitor products have already.

    • It allows people to drag files from their desktop and take with them (such as a Powerpoint presentation) when they are going to a meeting, or going away and want to take a file with you to work on.
    • You should be able to share these documents with colleagues, so you can truly collaborate on a file together, checking in and checking out documents and creating new versions. Permissions should be per file, or through a folder level within the "webdisk"

  8. Calender - Make the resize line bigger

    When you click-n-drag calendar entries and accidentally make them them too big or want to change a time of another calendar event, you will have to pixel-hunt order to resize the event to change it's time. Please make this a bit bigger.

  9. set a quota at domain admin.

    to prevent the storage, give a total quota to the domain.
    when admin add more quota to the users, it can't be more than domain quota total.

    Starting with 10.6.9 (release date: May 5, 2025), we'll be also adding Office files preview (Beta), which needs to be enabled by the administrator via CLI or WebAdmin, by going to the WebMail service -> Extensions, and enabling Office attachments preview.
    I will keep this topic open for the time being to allow you to give us your feedback.

    Currently, it is not possible to manage the permissions or delegate access to public folders over the CLI-API.

  13. Public Folders accessibility for EAS clients

    Public Folders are not seen in iOS when configured as Exchange ActiveSync client, obviously because they are not seen as account folders. In order to circumvent this limitation, other mail servers allows to "mount" subscribed folders from other accounts to own account folders.

    It would be nice for Axigen to enable access to Public Folders for EAS clients too, since most enterprise users (which are the ones more likely to use Public Folders) have EAS configured on their mobile devices.

  15. Make improvements to Out of Office support (time and HTML)

    Would be good to be able to setup Out of Office to a more specific schedule (i.e. date AND time) and also allow HTML formatted replies.

  16. password blacklist

    Is it possible to add an option for admins to defining some weak passwords? So users couldn't use this passwords.
    In other words, I'm looking for a way to prohibit users to use some weak passwords such as p@$$w0rd and etc. because of that this kind of passwords could be found in any password dictionaries.
    Current Axigen password policy, couldn't meet our need.

  19. Signatures for "mobile" webmail

    Functionality like gmail - user have configured e-mail signature in "desktop" version of webmail and if he use Axigen webmail on mobile device, "mobile" version is showed, where no signature is available. Gmail is adding default signature from "desktop" webmail when user is using mobile version of their webmail.

    note: Our users have duties designated by law to use specified clause in every text-based communication with their clients. They must copy-paste this text on mobile devices.

  20. Axigen backup using VSS technology

    I hope Axigen evolution support the software backup using VSS technology. We are so eager to integrate our backup software using SPX server edition running of Microsoft Windows Server 2016. Our aim is to have a 5-10 minutes RTO/ RPO and Test recovery objective and can replicate all images to co-location.

    I hope this concept will add in Axigen road map.
