Apply filters to Rpop to forward external e-mails
Filters allow to forward mail to an external e-mail address.
However mail collected via RPop does not follow these filter rules. so mail collected in this way is never forwarded1 vote -
Use send as name independent of login name.
A user likes to login with a simple name (mostly first-name) into a system.
However when sending an e-mail they want to see a more formal name(like a full name) as their sender address.
Espessialy when they logged in in an Active Directory enviroment.

Filter the html link and attachment before opening if the link is malicious.
Like other email server i think its time to level up especially in terms of security most of our user complaints about spoofed spams:
For sure it will help a for axigen users :
When sending email to our accounts once the link or attachment is malicious it will deep check and pop up as "this link may contains virus or malware this link/attachment contains ads" something like that so our user is prevent or aware from opening this kind of click bait spams.

Export all emails in account
Possibility to export all emails in an account; in a "standard" format (eml), with filters per date

Set expiration date for email and authorize email can only view the messages with password.
When we send a confidential we will set a validity time :
for example : The request is longer than the week so the message is automatically expired . and also to set password for this confidential email or who can only access or view this messages this is useful for accounting and sales for transaction.22 votes -
Ability to see hardware information in Dashboard
In many cases, I have clients in far cities.
For more information, I need to know what type of hardware they are using and how much resources (such as RAM, CPU, HDD capacity..) they dedicated to the email server.It will be good if this information show in Webadmin

Ability to see and monitor last logins by accounts
Users must have the ability to see Last logins
Also, they should have the ability to disconnect active connections from another device.
For example, someone logged in from its computer in his office, then after he left there, he remembered that does not sign out from that computer and he needs to log out ASAP.for now, just admins can see last activities, but it will be good that accounts have this ability too.

ActiveSync / Mail Client Drafts folder sync
It would be nice if users are able to sync their ActiveSync drafts folders from their current desktop mail applications to their mobile devices. Currently there is no known way to do this

Ability to search by informarion in Contact Info
It is a very common feature in most of the software that admin account can search among accounts with their information.
It will be good that the admin account of Axigen also can search among users with the information that is available in Contact Info.
For example, I want to know this Mobile phone "+989123456789" belongs to which account? or birthday of which accounts equals to 1985 sep 19?

password encryption on axigen.cfg
Password writed on bindpass field on the file axigen.cfg is currently stored as clear text.
For security reasons I think that should be encrypt this information.2 votes -
Ability to add links to external websites to WebMail for all or single domains
If a customer uses WebMail, it'd be nice to have a link / icon within webmail to -for instance- go to the external archiving-website, a central customer portal, helpdesk etc.
This way, the WebMail-Site would be their single point of acces, from where the can easily click and use other functionalities, not hosted within Axigen.1 vote -
2 Server Axigen in a domain
Scenario :
1.We have local server which is hardware and cloud server.
2.We will use the local server to access in our office which is same network and local email for reason of Speed,Sending email backup security and bandwidth efficiency,
3.The purpose of Cloud server is for outside office access at the same time to cache the load of cloud server real time.
4.Cloud server for Outside office and Local server for office access syncing realtime.
5.Our Plan is to Separate the access,sending and incoming emails to limit the bandwidth issue and have backup if the local server is down.…8 votes -
Share agenda's between users of different domains
It is for me a must to be able to select users from different domains to share the agenda's. now i have to put the domain as a alias underneeth the other domain. should not be nescessary. then i have the email adress as a problem.

We want to limit the number of mobile phones / devices that a user ca use to connect to the Axigen Mail server.

It should be possible to make an MS exchange account (multiple) within the outlook enviroment.

Date of password changed by user/admin.
Mail admin should able to see the date/time when the password of particular user has been changed.

Detailed logging of the transfer of letters from folder to folder by the user.
Dovecot has a plugin "Mail Logger plugin". He can log copy/move/del operations and will log lines like
imap(user): copy -> Trash: uid=908, msgid=123.foo@bar
It makes it possible to know exactly who and how deleted or transferred a letter.2 votes -

Manual log editing
I'd like the ability to manually edit the log files in WebAdmin. Just to put a flag in, like "==================== <- Here!" so that I can easily find the spot I left off in testing since there are so many other entries going in besides my testing efforts.
Maybe also the ability to "Find" or "highlight" keywords in the log.

Password security
We have observed that some users set their passwords such as $pass$123 or pass@123 etc which matches the required criteria however such password can be guessed easily. There should be some way where we can provide inputs (list of such passwords) to email application so that Axigen server should refrain users from setting it.
