An error occurred while saving the comment Ágoston DEIM commentedAs we talk about the possibility of seeing user mailboxes with this feature just think about the FTP backup or mounting the storage with the FUSE module. When you do this you can reach the mailboxes. I think it's already possible to see the mailboxes and impersonating a user with logging it's much better option. I assume that because it's easier through the web interface than logging in, mounting, etc. And even admins - just like me - go with the faster way. And you have further possibilities just like prompting the user that happened. Just like popping up a message in the webmail interface and sending an email after the admin logged out from the impersonated account.

At this point, there is a (maybe less visible) feature in the webmail: to choose custom colors for each of your calendars — you can do this if you go to the calendar section and click the icon of a calendar folder.
Regarding the categories / labels, we don’t have any plans to add this in the near future (next 6 months). I will however leave this request open
- maybe we get more supporters :)An error occurred while saving the comment Ágoston DEIM commentedYes and it would be good to control the access permissions as well. So red is private, blue is for work related meetings etc, all in one calendar. And if I share my calendar others would not see the content of the private meetings just the fact that I'm not available/free in that time. But if it's work related they would see that. I have a shared folder and it would be essential to give rights to some collegues but only in a free/not free matter.

I support this idea because through OAuth you can use whatever is the backend mechanism/database. For example, you can use an oauth-proxy like https://github.com/oauth2-proxy/oauth2-proxy
We can live without that righ now but it would be very useful and even essential in the long run. Especially when Axigen started to implement K8S based deployments ( https://www.axigen.com/cloud-native-mail-server/ )
