Add local and remote log simultaneously
Hi,
Due to the GDPR regulation's entry into force on 25 May. At the moment, AXIGEN only allows a certain location for the log.
To be able to demonstrate that the log has not been modified, it must be saved in another location where the administrator can not access it.There should be the possibility to save both locally and syslog at the same time

outlook accessing othe mailbox map layout
In the webmail, when you open an other mailbox, you see it is a separate block with the name of the box. In outlook the other maiulbox will open as a submap under the main acocunt. please make it look like the webmail version. then it is desame. now it is confusion.

Message Recalling or Undoing..
It was great to hear Axigen is evolving and now on it's X2 version.
As part of our company's Technical Support, may we suggest that
recalling a message be embedded in Axigen as well, just like MS Exchange
and Gmail's Undo feature.With this feature, we could eliminate sending messages asking the recipient
to ignore the messages that we erroneously sent eventually.Thanks. More Power to Axigen !!!

Recalling already sent email is an unreliable mechanism so we will not add this.

Custom POP3 IMAP Banner for non primary domains
Currently (version 10.2.2.41) the pop3 & imap banner is default for all IPs configured on the same server. Even though, there may be different domains hosted on different IPs but the banner displayed on all, is that of the primary domain only.
It is requested that to properly host a domain other than the primary on a server, it's pop3 & imap banners should also be customizable like smtp banner per domain.

Listing all account aliases
Currently it's not possible in the webadmin to see an overview of all created account aliases. The only way to find out which aliases are created is by scripting, or by opening every user account one by one and check the alises tab.
I ran into this when I created a new account and got the error that the account already existed, which was not the case. However, it turned out to be an alias assigned to an existing user account. Automatically purge emails (Inbox & Sent ) that are older than XX numbers of days from WebAdmin
Ability to set the number of days in WebAdmin such that emails older than this get deleted automatically. Currently you can only set it for Spam and Trash under Quotas. Nice if other folder such as Inbox & Sent can be included.

SNI support on Outlook Connector
Request you to make sure that outlook connector application does follow RFC rfc5246#section-7.4.1.2 and rfc6066#section-3 so we can validate the Server Name requested by Client.
By having this we can set some more configuration on security point of view.

Add Briefcase/Document/Webdisk Storage to Webmail
Having a document storage area in Webmail is a crucial missing piece that other competitor products have already.
- It allows people to drag files from their desktop and take with them (such as a Powerpoint presentation) when they are going to a meeting, or going away and want to take a file with you to work on.
- You should be able to share these documents with colleagues, so you can truly collaborate on a file together, checking in and checking out documents and creating new versions. Permissions should be per file, or through a folder level within the "webdisk"

Calender - Make the resize line bigger
When you click-n-drag calendar entries and accidentally make them them too big or want to change a time of another calendar event, you will have to pixel-hunt order to resize the event to change it's time. Please make this a bit bigger.

Public Folders accessibility for EAS clients
Public Folders are not seen in iOS when configured as Exchange ActiveSync client, obviously because they are not seen as account folders. In order to circumvent this limitation, other mail servers allows to "mount" subscribed folders from other accounts to own account folders.
It would be nice for Axigen to enable access to Public Folders for EAS clients too, since most enterprise users (which are the ones more likely to use Public Folders) have EAS configured on their mobile devices.

Make improvements to Out of Office support (time and HTML)
Would be good to be able to setup Out of Office to a more specific schedule (i.e. date AND time) and also allow HTML formatted replies.

password blacklist
Is it possible to add an option for admins to defining some weak passwords? So users couldn't use this passwords.
In other words, I'm looking for a way to prohibit users to use some weak passwords such as p@$$w0rd and etc. because of that this kind of passwords could be found in any password dictionaries.
