Authentication using Domain credentials in multiple Domain Environment.
It would be nice to give users of multiple domains the possibility to use their domain credentials for axigen authentication.
Currently, when we need to use Axigen server in multiple domains environment, tipically in ISP environment, we have to use dedicated LDAP or internal authentication.
This is a limitation.
Axigen support multiple connectors with customer Active Directory, but we can't use a domain password for authentication (just dedicated LDAP or Internal authentication is supported).I think it would be very useful if you could use the authentication "single sign on" using the Active Directory Credential for Axigen Authentication.

Also add the possibility to move mesages from one message storage to other mesage storage when needed - example when source message storage is at 95% usage.6 votes -
Ability to see the members of the groups
Currently is impossible for a user, see the members of a groups. This is a big limitation and a potential security issue because a user must send an email to groups without know the effective members.

We want to ensure that emails going to specific domain should not have any attachments. Such messages should be blocked or sent without attachments. This will ensure the security to our customers. A rule should be provided to carry out this.

storage capacity monitoring/management
Would be very helpful have a page with storage capacity, available space, and storage use for all domains in single pane.

fail2ban jail for dnsbl IPs
Below is an excerpt from axigen log.
If the IP is also printed just after a space after regex "[DNSBL record found] " then it can be used with fail2ban to create a jail.
The desired change is trivial compared to the benefits it can provide the admins for blocking repeated unwanted connections. Thanks.

Set default locations for storage
The ability to set the default location for Message/Domain/Object storage.
We want to have message on HDD storage, and Domain/Object on SSD.
However having to change every single domain that is added is tedious, and I'd imagine anyone wanting to separate the locations of their storage would want to do it for all accounts, not just some.As such It would be good if we could set the server to always place Object storage in X and Message storage in Z. Then all new accounts created would follow this methodology.

"URGENT" SWITCH FOR ENABLE AND DISABLE THE AXI-0000 SERVER exclusive lock on a mailbox after authentication.
After upgrade from 10.1.5 to 10.2.2 we have many complains regarding for pop3 mailbox is locked. we are confuse why users experienced and we found out the version 10.2.2 have this update
"AXI-0000 SERVER Fixes POP3 RFC compliance issue by acquiring exclusive lock on a mailbox after authentication"
can we also check or make an adjustments in the settings as of now and last month we experience this everyday,
we have more than 2 administrator assuming they have 900+ accounts admins complains this issue for sure it will help a lot to us and users who use 10.2.2 POP3 settings.

Facility for generating reports to monitor specific users SMTP transactions
Recently we receive requests from senior management to provide SMTP report of a specific user in specific time duration. such as when & to whom user send messages. Customer should be provided a facility to generate such reports.

Apply filters to Rpop to forward external e-mails
Filters allow to forward mail to an external e-mail address.
However mail collected via RPop does not follow these filter rules. so mail collected in this way is never forwarded1 vote -
Use send as name independent of login name.
A user likes to login with a simple name (mostly first-name) into a system.
However when sending an e-mail they want to see a more formal name(like a full name) as their sender address.
Espessialy when they logged in in an Active Directory enviroment.

Filter the html link and attachment before opening if the link is malicious.
Like other email server i think its time to level up especially in terms of security most of our user complaints about spoofed spams:
For sure it will help a for axigen users :
When sending email to our accounts once the link or attachment is malicious it will deep check and pop up as "this link may contains virus or malware this link/attachment contains ads" something like that so our user is prevent or aware from opening this kind of click bait spams.
