"URGENT" SWITCH FOR ENABLE AND DISABLE THE AXI-0000 SERVER exclusive lock on a mailbox after authentication.
After upgrade from 10.1.5 to 10.2.2 we have many complains regarding for pop3 mailbox is locked. we are confuse why users experienced and we found out the version 10.2.2 have this update

can we also check or make an adjustments in the settings as of now and last month we experience this everyday,
we have more than 2 administrator assuming they have 900+ accounts admins complains this issue for sure it will help a lot to us and users who use 10.2.2 POP3 settings.

Regarding POP3 we read more about rfc compliance and it safe and for compliance of standard security and implementing a good account and connection how ever we want also to use POP3 settings for our another devices so for example account test1 is use by 2 or more than 1 persons.
it is a useful to our users instead of using IMAP for example test1 account is set to device 1 2 3 and 4 for department different department and IP'S.
-Advantage we can easily save and download the emails from server lighten the storage usage of server.
-in out look if we set to removed the messages after 3 to 7 days the POP3 accommodate this 4 devices per octets.and also :
here are observation based on our experience once the account is set to same device and for example the account have 2 networks 1st network is for internal and 2nd is the back up or failover this is different IP'S-when we connects to the internal it locked the account to that IP.
-when we try to connect the device to failover the account have this error -ERR mailbox is in use.
we try to restart the device and it connects how over this is very hassle to us need to manual unlocking.
-Sometime when we try to add ports in POP3 this issue still appeared.
-the solution on this is change passwordwe have more than 7 mail servers who use POP3 and 3 of this mail server we upgrade to 10.2.2
this 2mail server have 1200 accounts.If the users complain the only adjustments from our end is change password restart need a manual unlocking.

Our request is can we have switch on this part ? what are the options adjustment to accommodate and fix the issue in POP3 we are distributor of axigen from 9years and this issue we encountered is very a bid deal and issue to our end users.
why multiple device are very important to our users.
-They want to access their account outside company
-they want also to sync and save a copy of the email outside and internal.
-Some of our user have different department but same company this also to monitor their emails on different location and device but in internal network or in a company.
-this POP3 is to lightweight the server storage.Thank you for this request wish we have solution and hoping that admins may find this request.
We are happy to use axigen and we don't want our clients is choose another mail server because of this issues.
