implement parameter to turn off login via alias
At the moment you can log in via the web frontend or SMTP/IMAP using an email alias you have set up.
So for example if you have a user with the email user@domain.com and set up an account alias in the admin console like alias@domain.com you can now login at the web frontend or SMTP/IMAP with the user "alias" and the password of the user "user".This poses a security risk as I need to add in the alias "root" to receive some emails and I already had a few hacker attempts to login with the user root to SMTP.…

"mailto:" protocol handler that links to Axigen Webmail
Many webpages have 'mailto' links which currently do not link to Axigen webmail. Adding this functionality would be of benefit to all webmail users.
10 votesYou can now upgrade to Axigen X1, which also includes this feature.

CalDav support
When I installed Axigen, I had been under the impression that it had full CalDAV support. Turns out it's only read-only ICS support. Having full and proper CalDAV support would allow you to support a variety of calendar clients without needing special plugins or whatnot.
As it stands, this is a dealbreaker and I'm now going to have to try something else, which is a shame because I otherwise really like Axigen.
9 votesCalDAV support is available in Axigen X1.

Fine Tune Logging
Thanks for such a great product,
It would be better if you change way of generating and archiving log files on web admin. It will be more comfortable to have logs categorized as SMTP-in, SMTP-out ,... and specific date and duration . With existing log files we get confused to search in server and find relevant logs.4 votesAs you’ve probably seen, starting with Axigen X, the logs in WebAdmin are sortable, sorted by default by last changed.
I’m marking this as complete — if you have additional improvement requests regarding the log view, please add them as separate ideas.

Disable Mark Message as Read
It should be possible to disable the automatic mark message as read. This could easily be implemented by making a change to how the checkbox "Mark messages as 'Read' after xxx seconds" works in the Settings.
If the "Mark messages as Read" checkbox is checked, then mark the message as read after the appropriate number of seconds. Allow 0 seconds as a valid value for instantly marking a message as read.
If the "Mark message as Read" checkbox is unchecked then do not mark the message as read.

Force SSL
I would like the ability to force my clients to use their webmail through SSL. I would advise this be done by redirecting http (80) to https (443). In the modern day, it seems we should be encouraging SSL where possible.
Likewise, this would be nice on the WebAdmin area. I want to force redirect from unsecure to secure.
3 votesWhen upgrading to Axigen X, all existing (manual) HTTP to HTTPS redirects will automatically transform to automatic (forced) redirects.

From-Field Dropdown
When having the right to send "in behalf of" it would be nice to have a dropdown of possible sender addresses for using as "FROM" instead of a textbox.
2 votesWill be part of Axigen X. The “From” field will is transformed to a drop-down, plus when replying to an email send to one of the addresses in the drop-down, the “FROM” will be set by default to that address.

Work on the features too...
I would like you guy to work on better integration of the components and their configuration on the web interface... for example: the antivirus management lacks a lot of important features like, for example: scheduling and automation for regular updates (something that is sooo important!).
The new look seems nice to me with the exception of the settings area at the left side...it is too dark and it is kind of hard for me to read!
1 voteWill be available in Axigen X.

Settings I cannot see the bottom buttons
I guess there are 3 buttons and the one in the middle is red... But no idea, what they do, since I cannot see any text on those as those are "too low on the screen".
