    Why not integrating with an S3 API? we offer both an e-mail service based on Axigen and an object storage service based on Ceph and has an S3 API and both authenticate through LDAP. This would basically allow users to save attachments directly from the webmail interface into the users's storage.

    This is a great feature which should also have the option to distinguish if it is triggered on a reply and a forward message. It would allow for email signatures to be configured and standardized domain wide (independent of device). Maybe as a first implementation it can be triggered on a form of outbound message filter to attach the user's signature to each message and then developed further to use the user's name, surname, position, contact numbers, etc.
