Provide feedback for rejected anti-spam methods
Currently for the additional anti-spam methods (SPF checking, GeoIP checking, DNS blacklists, reverse DNS and MX record checking) the options are to deliver the e-mail or reject. It would be advantageous to have an additional option to either send an advisory email to the recipient advising that the incoming email was rejected or an easily viewable (daily) log of rejected emails. That way a genuine email which was rejected could be quickly identified. Putting the rejected email into a quaranteened folder would simply add to the burden of checking probably spam emails.

Password Policy
I assume password policy may change a bit . I would like if I set password policy for a domain even it's administrator not to be able to set a simple one for the users.
We host many customers , to ensure security of our service we have to force somethings but the customer may ignore them15 votes -
Email notifications for a domain reaching a percentage of assigned message storage
While I am aware that we can easily enough do this via scripts, having an option to configure such a notification directly from Webadmin would be a real time saver. It could be just like the one at the account level, only with an additional field to specify the target email address(es).

Automate compacting of message, domain, and object storages
This is one of the pains of maintaining an Axigen server. If you don't do it often enough, the server will run out of disk space. Or when you have to restart the server, it will take hours to start.
The compacting command is not interactive. After issuing the command, it does not ask for any more inputs. So it should be automated and run in the background on a configured schedule. Errors should be logged and the admin should be notified via email.

Enhanced purge options (All folders, all folders except)
For automatic purge (via CLI) I have to know all folder names explicitly. Of course I have no idea how a client structured his folders.
So an option for:
- Purge all folders
- Purge all folders exceptwould be great.

Bring back 32bit Linux support -or- provide an ARM7+ build
Currently use Axigen 9 on an ARM based server which relies on binary translation to run 32bit x86 programs (yes it is possible) but I'm limited to 32bit only, and since you've dropped support for 32bit builds, I am now unable to upgrade and cannot use newer versions of Axigen.
I suggest either bringing back 32bit builds for linux, or provide ARM builds for servers running that increasingly popular, energy efficient arch? ARM7 is already mainstream and supported by all the main Linux Distros, heck even Shoutcast now has an ARM build.

Automated IP block-list for wrong password attempts
Please focus on the core functionalities of your application, like improving the new html webmail or adding a automated ip blocklist for wrong password attempts.
[Changed from:
Guys, please focus on improving the email functionalityThis is a nice idea, but there are other open source tools available that do the job way better and easier.

Implement DMARC Support
Implement DMARC support for incoming e-mail.
In the webadmin console this would have the following configurations:
Action if the SPF\DKIM tests fail and the DMARC policy for the domain or subdomain is None - this should be a drop down list of:
Deliver (deliver to recipient)
Spam (deliver to recipients spam folder)
Quarantine (deliver to server quarantine)
Reject (reject e-mail)
[Deliver or Spam being sane options]Action if the SPF\DKIM tests fail and the DMARC policy for the domain or subdomain is Quarantine- this should be a drop down list the same options as above (Quarantine being the sane option).

Make Remote IMAP accounts accessable in Webmail.
It would be great to be able to retrieve IMAP mail from other email accounts in the Axigen Web Interface.

list out all mail account at admin console (GUI) with aliases
list out all mail account at Webadmin console (GUI) with aliases
Currently alias require to click in each email account to view.
It could be useful for customer IT admin if there are a feature can be list out all account with aliases (by GUI)
(We knew there are a py script to do it. But PY script is suppose for run at Server directly. So we request that feature exist at Webadmin)

Cluster like Exchange DAG
You could implement Cluster like Exchange DAG does. In this way no more shared LUN is necessary and it even easy to cluster Axigen Server across multiple ESXi or Hyper-V.
This can bring a very nice feature to Axigen that no other Email product has (apart Exchange).

Browser Notifications
Safari has them https://developer.apple.com/notifications/safari-push-notifications/
Firefox Has them https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/notification
Chrome Has them https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2015/03/push-notifications-on-the-open-web?hl=en
No one cares about Internet Explorer.. at least support the other three.
Supporting Safari notifications would cover all Mac users as well.
When a new email comes, a notification should appear... when the notification is clicked it should open up the browser to that email.
settings should include:
Client: notifications on or off
Admin: allow notifications

Rethink Permission Management
Managing permissions is very difficult and frustrating. It's almost as if you've designed the system for users that don't manage email for lots of domains. As an example, one of my clients owns several domains and I would like to give them access to manage their users, groups, and mailing lists. That is made up of 10+ permissions that I would have to give across 2-3 domains. Now multiply that problem by 100+ domains each with different administrators.
PLEASE, PLEASE make this easier for me. I honestly want to go crazy each time I need to add a new domain…
