Enhanced purge options (All folders, all folders except)

For automatic purge (via CLI) I have to know all folder names explicitly. Of course I have no idea how a client structured his folders.

So an option for:
- Purge all folders
- Purge all folders except

would be great.

    Agreed. Also it would be nice to have the option of purging by a set of filters such as all e-mail sfrom an adress or all emails containing a string in the subject/body

    The purge command currently does not affect subfolders. So an option for recursion would be helpful, too.
