At our company, we try to make life easier for users. From our point of view, the need to enter credentials for each service in the company separately is wrong. It is enough that the password is entered when entering the OS.
We use Axishen as an internal corporate mail and would like this method of authorization to work without additional portals.3 votes -
Mix mode between domains using LDAP and non LDAP
Currently it is only possible to use LDAP for all domains or for none of them. It would be helpful to have a mixed mode.

limit user webmail access only from relative domain/virtualhost
I would that customer x couldn't authenticate using virtualhost of customer y (or primary domain).
In other words virtual host could only authenticate users of the same domain.
This can be also accomplished (for example) quite simply with implicit ( transparently for user) append of @customerdomain.tld to username...
This also avoids having to type in the domain name every time as well.
It would be great to have this feature in future releases as well.1 vote -

We use autodiscovery and autoconfig for all domains we create.
Could you please implement Wildcard SSL certificates in your implementation of lets encrypt?

Use variables in message appender
In order to personlize the appender it would be helpful to provide placeholder of known account information like firstname or lastname which I can use in my appender - Like:

Allow the Envelope From to be changed
Please allow the Envelope From address to be changed in the GUI. Currently it can only be changed by modifying the smtpFilters.script file manually. For instance... set (mailFrom, "%MAILFROMLOCALPART%@realdomain.com");
Many companies use .local or other private domains internally and don't what that shown to the outside world. Allowing that to be changed in the GUI would make life a lot easier for many administrators.

No mail should be selected when browsing between folders

In the webmail, the interface automatically selects the most recent mail from the list.
No mail should be selected when browsing between folders.

BCC
Add BCC to yourself on all emails.
I have a couple of customers that need to be able to BCC themselves on all emails for legal reasons. This is possible with advanced routing from the overall admin interface. It would be nice to be able to check a box off in their settings (or build a filter) that all emails from the user are BCC'd to themselves. Many desktop apps have this feature and doing so would alleviate getting the overall administrator involved in this task.

Global and per domain default WebMail uiSettings options
Hello,
please allow the below WebMail uiSettings options to be configured globally and per domain as default values for the account:
ContactNameFormat - dropdown menu First/Last
ToolbarText - checkbbox No/Yes
SidebarText - checkbbox No/Yes
MessageSize - checkbbox No/Yesand maybe other useful options (ideally all, which user can set)

attachment blocking
We want to skip certain incoming domains/email address from checking attachment blocking. We want Axigen to skip checking attachment rules for those specific domains/email addresses.

In webadmin - configure group, members should be shown in alfabetical order for easy mangement when there are many members in the group.

Message appender for specific accounts
It would be great to be able create multiple message appenders for specific accounts and / or domains. I would like to be able to use an message appender in a certain language for one account and a message appender in a different language for the rest of accounts or vice-versa.

Webmail - custom default search option / user setting
The new search in WebMail from Version 10.3.2 has a new default search option which is "current mailbox".
It would be great if a user could set it to "current folder" as default like it was before.

Ability to disable SMTP access via email client.
This is convenient for service providers - by default the ability to use smtp through an external email client is excluded, and to be able to send only through webmail. It can be included in the domain settings and required as a class.

A facility of Vacation Reply or Out of office Reply should be configured for each and every message received
There should be a facility to enable Out of office reply for each and every message received in same day. At present it comes for only first message that is sent by sender

Support for OAuth
Both Microsoft and Google are implementing OAuth as an authorisation mechanism not only for webmail but also IMAP etc.
Are there plans for Axigen to implement OAuth support as an additional option?
