  1. Color coding of own and shared e-mail folders

    Wouldn't it be great if colors could be assigned to shared and private e-mail folders, similar to calendars?

  2. Add a "pickup" folder to reprocess failed mail items

    Have a folder where *.eml files or the like can be placed to process mail items. For example, we have a mail filter program GFIMailEssentials and items that fail to be processed go into a folder as a .txt file. Those items need a "pickup" folder to be reprocessed.

  3. Send notify email to sender when incoming message size is limited (too big attachment for example)

    When incoming message size is limited and a sender failes to send the email because of too big attachments, there should be an option to send back a notify email to sender that the email was rejected due to big size. Currently the senders do not receive anything, and they think the mail went through.

  5. Queue email after X attemp of delivery then send via smarthost

    Axigen perform delivery via MX/DNS first, only email that queue for long (due to email provider defer) only send via smarthost. This is to resolve Yahoo receive restriction limit per day

  6. Introduce a DNSBL option to change the anti-spam score, beside the current default REJECT

    The option to add points based on DNSBLs check result.

    For example: A incoming email needs to have 10 points to be marked as
    spam.

    Each DNSBL gets like 1,2 or 3 points. If an IP address is found on a
    DNSBL, the points are added to the email. When it reaches 10, it's spam
    and gets in a quarantine.

    If an incoming message has less than 5 points, it's clean and send to the
    inbox of the user.

  7. Trash folder for Notes, Tasks, Calendar

    When deleting one of these accentially they are gone forever. Please add some undo option or trash folder.

  9. Webmail - custom default search option / user setting

    The new search in WebMail from Version 10.3.2 has a new default search option which is "current mailbox".

    It would be great if a user could set it to "current folder" as default like it was before.
