ActiveDirectory SSO via WebInterface
At our company, we try to make life easier for users. From our point of view, the need to enter credentials for each service in the company separately is wrong. It is enough that the password is entered when entering the OS.
We use Axishen as an internal corporate mail and would like this method of authorization to work without additional portals.3 votes -
Adding categories to calendar
Hey guys,
it would be great if you add categories to calendar (like outlook), with the possibility to set individual colors to each category.
Yes, you can use categories through outlook. But our customers would need this function integrated in the webmail interface. Thanks a lot if you can make this happen.

At this point, there is a (maybe less visible) feature in the webmail: to choose custom colors for each of your calendars — you can do this if you go to the calendar section and click the icon of a calendar folder.
Regarding the categories / labels, we don’t have any plans to add this in the near future (next 6 months). I will however leave this request open

User managable mailing list
I would like to have the ability for normal users to be able to create and manage mailing lists from the GUI.
Maybe use the postmaster account to create the list from a simple csv file and name it.3 votes -

Multi select emails without preview
Make it possible to multi select emails without preview emails.
This is handy when you have a lot of spams you easily can identify via subject, mark them and select "Mark as spam" without need to see the content..
In periodes we get alot of XXX-related spam with images being loaded when email is being selected, thats not good practice.
Look at ie Outlook, Gmail and RoundCube where you can select many emails in list and choice what to do with it without preview every email being checked.3 votes -
Warning about Out-Of-Office-Responder should consider timeframe
AXIGEN shows up a hint when Out-Of-Office-Responder is set. But it obviously only checks if it active in general.
From my point of view AXIGEN should also consider the timeframe set. Currently the warning comes up even the agent is outdated for ages.

Default date\time format for web mail to be based on domain timezone settings
The date format for calendar entries in webmail defaults to the US form of MM\DD\YYYY regardless of either the locale settings of the server (at least on debian) and also regardless of the default timezone setting configured for the domain through webadmin.
It would be far better for the timezone to be the same as the domain default timezone unless overridden by user preferences.

View raw email data
View raw email data
To better spot phishing or malicious emails, we’d like the option to view the full raw email data directly, without opening the message.3 votes -

Allow CC and BCC text boxes to expand based on their content.
Currently when our clients have to send mail to a long list of contacts, they can't see all of the contacts in the CC and BCC text boxes. They are forced to scroll through the boxes to verify all the contacts. Please allow the CC and BCC boxes to increase in size the more contacts are added, just like you can in Outlook.

Labels in shared folders
For collaboration purposes it would be great to have labels in shared folders which can be seen by multiple users (let's call them global or domain-wide labels). User1 could attach a label to a message in a shared folder and user2 could also see this label.

Mehr Zeilen
Der Lesebereich (dort wo die Mails aufgelistet werden) könnte
weniger Abstand und kleiner Schriftart haben. Doppelt so viele Mails hätten Platz.
Unsere Kunden wünschen sich das.
So wie bei Ajax.2 votes -
Use Outlook contacts in Webmail
I would like to import german CSV files from Outlook (contacts) to Webmail.
At the moment, the import operation can only succeed if the header names are written in English.2 votes -
Add support for search folders
It would be great if one could create search folders that filter mails based on predefined search criteria. Idealy this would also allow to filter for flags, categories (when implemented) and so on.

No mail should be selected when browsing between folders
Hello
In the webmail, the interface automatically selects the most recent mail from the list.
No mail should be selected when browsing between folders.
Is it possible to change this behaviour?2 votes -
Allow users to change the sort sequence of conversations to allow them see newer emails on top.
Currently it seems that conversations are sorted with older emails on top and newer emails at the bottom of the conversation. It would be good to allow the user to change the sort sequence so that new emails appear at the top of the conversation.

Update web based mail list management
Managing a mail list (e.g. approving messages, subscriptions etc.) is not supported in the newer ajax interfaces and requires switching back to the old html interface.
it would be better if mail list accounts had a dedicated ajax\web based interface

Mark for follow up
A function 'mark for follow up' as in Outlook or (maybe even better) the possibility to create a calendar entry / task from a mail's context menu would be great. In the latter case the mail should automatically get attached.
