  1. Remote accounts via webadmin

    Hello,
    I got axigen server in our company.
    There is a strong need to set up the remote accounts for users axigen webmail client but from webadmin interface. There should be an option, to add new remote account for user by administrator. The same as we can get from webmail client (with account, hostname, ports, password, etc.)

  2. Axigen X permission for branding to delegated domain admin

    There have new feature for the Axigen X for the branding.

    But it cannot restrict delegated domain admin to customize the webmail (branding) if we provide the "Manage domain config" admin right to customer. It should be a separate permission option for the new feature.

  3. number of signatures in domain

    Hello,
    unfortunately there is only 4 signatures per user. Some of my users, needs to set up more the 4 singatures. They got some forms of messages for sending to theis customers. So, the best option would be possibility to set in webadmin per domain the number of signatures.

    Or, another option, the mail templates, that could be predefined by user and in creating new message, user could use that template to send out the mails.

  4. Webadmin: AV/AS supported applications

    There should be an option to remove all supported applications (especially KAV / KAS) which are not licensed or unwanted from the list.

  5. Webadmin: Prevent enabling AV/AS addons which are not installed

    an admin and especially subadmins can enable AV/AS addons which are not installed or licensed (e.g. KAV / KAS).

  6. Show number of messages in default folders (Inbox, Sent, etc.)

    In account info "GENERAL" AXIGEN currently shows up the following information:

    Account created on Mon, 29 Apr 2013 12:23:09 +0200
    Account modified on Mon, 06 Jul 2015 20:51:50 +0200
    Used quota 0 KB
    Message count 0
    Folder count 13

    It would be helpful (for support reasons) if AXIGEN could show up a few more details. E.g. how many mails are in Inbox, Sent, etc.

    If a customer reports "all my mails are gone" I can have a look if it is just a client issue or not.

  7. Custom Admin URL

    It would be nice if you would let us put the admin system on a custom URL that way both interfaces could work on the same port.

    https://mail.something.com -> Port 80/443 on same server
    https://admin.something.com -> Port 80443 on same server

  8. Name each exception.

    Could you please add the ability to give a name to an allowed IP or range to document each exception. The exceptions are located at Security & Filtering > Acceptance and Routing > Routing Basic Settings > Add IP / Range. Thank you

  9. Bulk update/modification feature on webadmin

    our customers asked from us to implement a bulk update/modify/delete/insert feature, to be able to change an attribute for more accounts ot domains in same time.

    Could you give me some examples of attributes that your customers would like to bulk change? Can’t this be done using account classes?

  10. Ability to view at a glance how much of their storage quote accounts are using

    Ability to see a list of accounts, their maximum storage quota and their current storage allocation.
