  1. Mark for follow up

    A function 'mark for follow up' as in Outlook or (maybe even better) the possibility to create a calendar entry / task from a mail's context menu would be great. In the latter case the mail should automatically get attached.

  2. Add support for search folders

    It would be great if one could create search folders that filter mails based on predefined search criteria. Idealy this would also allow to filter for flags, categories (when implemented) and so on.

  3. Allow tabs / objects to be opened in a new window

    It would be great if it would be possible to open a Mail, Calendar entry, etc. in a new window so that e.g. you can reply to a mail and see the original one beneath your answer.

  4. option to delete several emails in one go on mobile devices

    having the option to delete several emails in one go on mobile devices would be great; it works when using Axigen webmail on PC/ iMac, but not on iPhone or iPad infortunately. Adding this would really be an improvement, thanks.

  6. Improve Webmail Performance and Interface

    Webmail is very slow and search is extremely ordinary. This needs to be addressed in very near future as we are losing clients over this.Whenever a user's quota exceeds 10 GB webmail gets slow and search shows inconsistent behavior.

  7. Trash folder for Notes, Tasks, Calendar

    When deleting one of these accentially they are gone forever. Please add some undo option or trash folder.

  8. Ability to add rich-text in Auto-responder

    For now, in Axigen X could be adding only plain text in auto-responder field, it would be good to have the ability to add rich-text to auto-responder.

  9. Very heavy problems with new Browsers

    Hello,

    The last few weeks I found strange problems with the latest versions of Goggle Chrome Canary and Chromium in the latest version.
    When you try to login to the Axigen WebMail, you'll find that the site is looping. I hope you can reproduce this.

  10. Configure HTTP Response Headers

    I would like to know if we can set security options in the HTTP Response Headers for Axigen WebMail ?

    The security headers I would like to put in place are the following.

    Strict-Transport-Security HTTP Strict Transport Security is an excellent feature to support on your site and strengthens your implementation of TLS by getting the User Agent to enforce the use of HTTPS. Recommended value "strict-transport-security: max-age=31536000; includeSubDomains".
    X-Frame-Options X-Frame-Options tells the browser whether you want to allow your site to be framed or not. By preventing a browser from framing your site you can defend against attacks like…

  11. Move deleted messages from a shared folder to the shared folder's account trash

    It's mainly a bug, not a feature suggestion. When you're working on WebMail and you have subscribed to a user's shared folders, the moment you delete a message it goes to your user account's trash, making it disappear from the original user. This is frustrating specially when you share a big mailbox, just like "INFO" to a certain number of users, and someone delete something, it's impossible to track the message when you want to recover it from an other account within the sharing permission group. Please fix this problem, because it makes the sharing feature useless for the levels…

  13. Improve filters

    Many mails present a "from" identity, different from the email address but filters fail to check this identity, working on email address only. Furthermore, it's impossible to filter attached files types like .docm or .zip. This possibility must exists. Same for <null message> (empty body ones). In fact, filters should be written with any part/ any string of the "source".

  14. Allow CC and BCC text boxes to expand based on their content.

    Currently when our clients have to send mail to a long list of contacts, they can't see all of the contacts in the CC and BCC text boxes. They are forced to scroll through the boxes to verify all the contacts. Please allow the CC and BCC boxes to increase in size the more contacts are added, just like you can in Outlook.

  15. Increase contrast of icons in Ajax Interface

    A lot of the icons in the Ajax Interface are gray on black, which is very hard to read in direct sunlight. Many of our clients have to look at their monitors on board ships, and in sunlight these style choices make it very difficult to see the icons.

  17. Filtered email change request

    Give the Axigen email account holder to determine whether an identification key is sent rather than Axigen handling the sending of a identification key automatically. If an automated spam system receives the reply from Axigen then it is only a matter of time when the spam system will reply to the email including the original email from Axigen.

    I would like to import german CSV files from Outlook (contacts) to Webmail.
    At the moment, the import operation can only succeed if the header names are written in English.

  19. Contact folder selection in Axigen X

    There was a contact folder selection in Webmail to select the recipients.
    We use different folder for different customer group. It was removed on Axigen iX Webmail.

    Is it possible to add it back in future update as we cannot select the recipients by filtering contact folders.
