Phisycal path to domain/user/mailfiles
I am new at Axigen, but I can't see a logical phisycal path for mails. For example Mdaemon has a structure like this:
C:\Mdaemon\Users<domain><user><incomingMails><folders>
This is very useful when integrating with other systems.
So I assume that axigen has a monolitic database which complicates everything. If the database gets damaged, bye bye all data !!!

Not subject to product improvements.

Indeed, Axigen has a monolitic database, which allows us to operate effectively while scaling to large numbers of users and emails.
However, you can get access to individual items through the FTP (or FUSE) based backup, which provides a virtual view on the entire structure: SERVER / DOMAIN / USER / FOLDER / EMAIL, and can also be used to restore individual items.
More information on how to set it up here:

- https://www.axigen.com/documentation/file-system-access-p1410671I hope this helps.
Regarding the damaged database scenario --- while this is, indeed, a possibility, Axigen's storage is a very mature technology (over 10 years), and we have seen extremely rare cases of damage. And even for these very rare cases, we provide a few repairing tools, as well as our tech support team's expertise to assist you.
I will close this for now, as it doesn't seem to be an improvement request.
