Offer an option to retain the existing theme
I am not really a fan of the default theme presented, sorry. Clearly a lot of work has gone into it but this trend for "flat" and characterless interfaces has resulted in something that to me looks far worse than the current interface offered by Axigen.
Sorry to sound harsh, but I really don't like it. There appears to be no clear delineation between UI sections which means that it seems just too busy to my eyes.
1 voteYou will be able to retain the existing theme by adding a mapping to the old WebMail pages in WebAdmin → WebMail service → Virtual Hosts.
After the iX release, before you upgrade, you will be able to ask our support team for the old pages.

Settings I cannot see the bottom buttons
I guess there are 3 buttons and the one in the middle is red... But no idea, what they do, since I cannot see any text on those as those are "too low on the screen".

Work on the features too...
I would like you guy to work on better integration of the components and their configuration on the web interface... for example: the antivirus management lacks a lot of important features like, for example: scheduling and automation for regular updates (something that is sooo important!).
The new look seems nice to me with the exception of the settings area at the left side...it is too dark and it is kind of hard for me to read!

Message preview hard to find
I accidentally closed the message preview and I couldn't find how to show it back.
This version of Axigen Webmail looks so awesome, congratulations!

Getting Beta to install it?
Hi,
thank you for your Invitation to the demo.
The Interface looks very nice - even in MS edge on Win10 it works fine. To test the software a bit more in real life, I would like to install it on my home Server (if there ist a way to keep it up to date).I that possible.

It would be nice to have the import/export contacts feature on the web interface

To field
I can't see a cursor at the To: field and it was very slow at input. Hard to see that I can do something there, except using address from contacts.

new contact
When you add a new contact, the distance between email: and the fill-in field is to much. If you click on the email text you don't a cursor. To get the cursor you must click 2 cm futher.
1 voteFixed in the release version.

Update Mobile WebMail
The Axigen mobile WebMail looks somewhat dated compared to both the new Ajax based WebMail and mobile webmail in competitor products. It could do with a face lift as well as added support for calendars, tasks, notes etc.
1 voteThe mobile WebMail has been redesigned for the next version, Axigen X.You can preview it by accessing https://www.axigen.com/#product_preview=webmail with a mobile device.

Address Book
The size of the address book overlay, does not work on wide screens with a shorter height than the average 1024px height (99% of laptops), the buttons are out of the field of view, and there is no scroll on the y axis, so getting to them is basically impossible. (overflow-y in css would fix this.. or just make the heights dynamic instead of fixed.)
1 voteThis issue has now been solved, and will be included in the next product version. If you would like to install it sooner, you can request a patch through our support channel.
