Provide Meaningful storage charts
Currently the storage charts only show how much space is used out of the allocated storage. In most cases the charts show an usage of 99% - which is good. But admins think that their storage is running out of space. So the current charts are rather useless. They just indicate if I should issue the compact storage or not. Really helpful would be a graph indicating that I really have to add an additional storage container, soon.

Fix greylisting
I really like the new look and feel of the iX version. Great work.
One thing that I still miss is properly working greylisting. It now uses a the IP of the sender. In practice this leads to a lot of e-mails not coming trhough as large providers have multiple mail-servers with more addresses. So this should be more configurable.39 votes -

Need to allow customization in message appender like only add message appender for external domain emails not for internal emails.

Push button upgrades
Can you please add "push button" upgrades like every other software program is using? From operating systems, to applications, every vendor has implemented a simple update/upgrade feature that, when selected, upgrades the software. Axigen is the only one I know of that still requires the downloading of a file, logging into the CLI, and running a script to upgrade.
Some of the programs we use even notify us that there's an upgrade/update available so we don't have to manually check.
Please make upgrades simple.

Integrated DLP features
Please add Data Leak Prevention features, can’t forward the specific email (TAG AS CONFIDENCIAL),can't send email with specific subject, body of the email or attachment with a filename, notification to admin who abused the policy, real time report who access the email server or webmail, report most sender, report email receive/ sent for specific sender and etc. This features help us to comply to any DATA PRIVACY ACT, which some email providers does have.

Ability to trace specific emails (per user, subject, message ID, sender address, recipient address)
Like the case with Exchange server and for the sake performing advanced troubleshooting, please consider availing the ability to trace specific emails (per user, subject, message ID, sender address, recipient address).

Prevent admins from shooting themselves in the foot
The admin interface for managing domain storage should check when the updated values for "max files" and "max file size" would cause problems.
As mentioned by Axigen Support:

Add support for KLMS
It is wery imortant to separate services on multiple servers for large installations. It will be great if axigen could add support fro Kaspersky Security for Linux Mail Server (KLMS).

Better queue management
When hacking occurs on a sending machine, we get a queue flooded with spam. Now queue items can only be deleted one by one. A delete queue button would make sense to delete all matching elements at once.

Create Permission to allow SYNCCONTACTS to by ADMIN Users
Currently through the CLI only the true admin user can use the SYNCCONTACTS command, this does not work when wanting to utilize an admin account through the Python API that only has restricted permissions to conduct the tasks assigned. This would allow a shepherd task we have created which uses the API to disable accounts based on certain events or conditions; once disabled we'd like to be able to issue the SYNCCONTACTS command to remove the now disabled accounts from the published directory.

SMTP blocking based on DNS-hostnames (including Wildcards)
It would be great if I could block SMTP-IN traffic by hostnames (including wildcards).
E.g. something like dialup*@spamprovider.tld

Kaspersky AntiSpam filter
It is possible that Kaspersky Antispam didn't check local postal addresses never or it is possible to make an option of shutdown of check on spam for users of one domain?

BlackList and WiteList
For example, I incidentally added to a black list and in white the same sender and when receiving mail it automatically gets to Recycled folder.
What to avoid such situation in the future, can make:
1. The first verification of the white list and then the black
And if the addressee is in the white list, in black to ignore
2. Or
If you add to the white list, and the addressee is in black, reported about it

check MX record and reverse DNS
There is one more problem:
Axigen -> DNS Check
use Reject message if originator's domain has no MX entry
use Reject message if the originalting IP has no reverse DNS entryIf i use this two rules, they work as ALL conditions(not ANY conditions), that is wrong.
it is possible to make so that checked the MX record first and then checked reverse DNS,
and if MX record pass then don't checked reverse DNS.
Because not always MX record = A record in DNSThat is Reverse DNS has to be included only for entering connections or has to exclude…

Allow moving mailboxes between clustered nodes
When using a clustered environment it would be helpful if I could move mailboxes between servers in order to re-organize the logical location of a mailbox.
