Guys, please focus on improving the email functionality

This is a nice idea, but there are other open source tools available that do the job way better and easier.

  4. Add local and remote log simultaneously

    Hi,

Due to the GDPR regulation's entry into force on 25 May. At the moment, AXIGEN only allows a certain location for the log.
To be able to demonstrate that the log has not been modified, it must be saved in another location where the administrator can not access it.

There should be the possibility to save both locally and syslog at the same time

  5. Fix greylisting

I really like the new look and feel of the iX version. Great work.
One thing that I still miss is properly working greylisting. It now uses a the IP of the sender. In practice this leads to a lot of e-mails not coming trhough as large providers have multiple mail-servers with more addresses. So this should be more configurable.

  6. "URGENT" SWITCH FOR ENABLE AND DISABLE THE AXI-0000 SERVER exclusive lock on a mailbox after authentication.

After upgrade from 10.1.5 to 10.2.2 we have many complains regarding for pop3 mailbox is locked. we are confuse why users experienced and we found out the version 10.2.2 have this update

"AXI-0000 SERVER Fixes POP3 RFC compliance issue by acquiring exclusive lock on a mailbox after authentication"

can we also check or make an adjustments in the settings as of now and last month we experience this everyday,

we have more than 2 administrator assuming they have 900+ accounts admins complains this issue for sure it will help a lot to us and users who use 10.2.2 POP3 settings.

  7. Provide Meaningful storage charts

Currently the storage charts only show how much space is used out of the allocated storage. In most cases the charts show an usage of 99% - which is good. But admins think that their storage is running out of space. So the current charts are rather useless. They just indicate if I should issue the compact storage or not. Really helpful would be a graph indicating that I really have to add an additional storage container, soon.

  8. storage capacity monitoring/management

Would be very helpful have a page with storage capacity, available space, and storage use for all domains in single pane.
This could help to prevent storage Space exhaustion.

  9. Enhanced purge options (All folders, all folders except)

For automatic purge (via CLI) I have to know all folder names explicitly. Of course I have no idea how a client structured his folders.

    So an option for:
    - Purge all folders
    - Purge all folders except

    would be great.

  10. password blacklist

Is it possible to add an option for admins to defining some weak passwords? So users couldn't use this passwords.
In other words, I'm looking for a way to prohibit users to use some weak passwords such as p@$$w0rd and etc. because of that this kind of passwords could be found in any password dictionaries.
Current Axigen password policy, couldn't meet our need.

  13. Automate compacting of message, domain, and object storages

This is one of the pains of maintaining an Axigen server. If you don't do it often enough, the server will run out of disk space. Or when you have to restart the server, it will take hours to start.

The compacting command is not interactive. After issuing the command, it does not ask for any more inputs. So it should be automated and run in the background on a configured schedule. Errors should be logged and the admin should be notified via email.

  14. Email notifications for a domain reaching a percentage of assigned message storage

While I am aware that we can easily enough do this via scripts, having an option to configure such a notification directly from Webadmin would be a real time saver. It could be just like the one at the account level, only with an additional field to specify the target email address(es).

  16. Better queue management

When hacking occurs on a sending machine, we get a queue flooded with spam. Now queue items can only be deleted one by one. A delete queue button would make sense to delete all matching elements at once.
